Refund policy

Timeline for raising request:

The timeline to raise a return request is within 48 hours from the date of order delivery. Kindly ensure that you have an unboxing video of the delivered package to be shared via email, to facilitate a seamless return process. 

We do not have a "Money Refund" Policy. 

Please note that we are a small business and we have to charge a nominal Return fees of Rs.100 to cover the shipping expenses for all requests.

Damaged or Defective Products: 

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  • We offer free product exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • If you prefer to return the product, the Rs. 100 return fee will still apply, but we will update your account with store credit (valid for 6 months) within 7 business days.
  • If the product is out of stock, store credit will be issued as a replacement.

Note: The replacement option is available for the products that are received by you as broken, damaged or any other product defect Only. The product image or unboxing video must be shared over email for validation. 

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to return the product in case you prefer items in a different style, color or size, you can place a return request and place a new order with the desired design. We can provide you with a store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website (valid for 6 months). The return fees of Rs. 100 will be charged.

Processing Timeline:

All return/ exchange requests will be processed in 48 hours of the placement of request, and any store credit will be issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
